Overview
Enterprise Open Source Solutions (EOSS) are a series of packaged Enterprise grade business applications based on an Open Source Software stack. This means that in many cases they are free from licensing costs and annual subscription fees. In addition, there is the ability to significantly customize and add additional functionality which is not provided by standard commercial packages.
EOSS solutions are prepackaged, tested and deployed by Bamboo. They are also backed by a maintenance service which ensures that the latest, stable versions of software can be deployed with confidence. The solutions are highly stable and free from defects that would adversely affect business.
In short, clients get real, pretested and well maintained enterprise level software at a fraction of the cost. EOSS solutions have deployment times ranging from hours to a few weeks, providing rapid return on investment.
End User Features
The currently available EOSS solutions are:
- EOS CRM. A full featured Client Relationship and Sales Management System.
- EOS CMS.This is a Content Management System allowing clients to deploy fully customized web solutions that can be managed and updated with little or no coding required. The website can be up and running in days rather than months.
- EOS Web Server. A full web server environment for a range of different web technologies. This forms the basis of many of our EOS deployments and is uniquely scalable to provide the requirements of even the largest enterprises.
- EOS Mail and Collaboration. This is designed to be a full replacement for Microsoft Exchange. This solution provides the same functionality with higher performance, industry standard protocols, and enhanced management capabilities.
