Test Leader
Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the planning, Design, implementation and evaluation of test, including generating test plan and test model, implementing test procedures, evaluating test coverage and test results, making up test evaluation summary reports;
- Analyze product/project requirements to create test plans and strategies;
- Coordinate and lead efforts for group testing on a project basis;
Academic background:
- B.S. degree or above with a major in computer science or related disciplines.
Working Experience:
- At least 3 years working experience in similar role.
Technical skills required:
-
- Experience in developing test plans, test strategies and test cases;
- Abundant knowledge of test methodology and process;
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development process, including software design and programming;
- Background in automated testing is desirable.
Language skills:
- Excellent English competency both in written and spoken.
Other skills:

- Highly organized, result oriented;
- Good communication skill and leadership are must.
